Lens Construction: Low-reflective Multilayer Coating
Lens Feature: It is capable of achieving 2: 1 magnification and focusing on objects at infinity.
LAOWA V-DX 60mm F2.8 Macro Lens is a an interchangeable lens which is designed for APS-C cameras. It is capable of achieving 2: 1 agnification and focusing on objects at infinity. Without any extension tubeS or close-up lens can it achieve the reproduction rate of 2:1. When shooting flowers, plants and insects in the wild, you can quickly transfer to 2:1 magnification from infinity focus without frequently handling the extension tubes.
Firstly, for low reflective multilayer coating, the ghosting and flare are completely eliminating. Secondly, the lens glasses with high transmittance and quality are applied achieve high performance images based on considering the phenomenon of color reproducibility. Lastly, in order to achieve ultra depth at high magnification and sharpness, the chromatic aberration and spherochromatism at high magnification are being corrected to the optimal standard.
Structure Feature: The square front lens cone and pseudo focusing system are adopted.
In structure design, the square front lens cone and pseudo focusing system are adopted to reduce ghosting and flaring. So even in back-light, the lens can perform well without lens hood and so it is more convenient for lightning set-up even at high magnignification of 2:1. In order to achieve sharp in-focus and soft bokeh, considering the ring-shape spot may cause by spherical aberration, the trailing flare and bi-linear bokeh are corrected.
